Frank McGann has been an ophthalmic
photographer for over twenty years and was Certified as a Retinal
Angiographer in 1986. He has taught and lectured on this topic
worldwide. Mr. McGann started the first mobile fluorescein angiography
service on the central coast of California, and was the first mobile service
to convert to digital. Frank McGann remains involved in this field and
is available as a lecturer, consultant, and substitute photographer for
retinal practices.
